The Atlantic Sushi


First in Gibraltar, our sushi is all newly made from fresh ingredients by Michiba, our own sushi master chef, who has been making delicious sashimi, maki and sushi for over 6 years at Tengoku, the well-known Japanese restaurant in Sotogrande. Our fish is of the very highest quality, not too fatty and ultra tender, and carefully sourced so we serve only the best red tuna from Barbate and wild salmon from Scottish rivers. We will not sacrifice quality for cost-savings so you know that, with us, you will be eating the finest fish, which just melts in your mouth.

Our chef is famous for the tasty exotic rolls, which he creates by combining Oriental and Western flavours to give us the best of both cuisines. His Philadelphia Roll is the perfect example – Philadelphia cheese wrapped in sushi rice, topped with wild salmon, avocado, red onion and sweet honey mustard sauce. We have a range of sashimi, maki, sushi and exotic rolls which you can eat-in or take away.

We offer table service from 12 noon where you can sit and relax while your order is made for you, enjoying Japanese tea, a glass of beer or even try some sake. If you prefer to take your lunch away, we recommend that you pre-order either by email or phone so that you do not have long to wait while your order is freshly prepared – though watching our master chef at work is lots of fun. He makes a weekly special combo so there is always something new for you to try.
